DESCRIPTION
One of the oldest beings in Middle-Earth and the guardian of the trees, the Ent Treebeard is a gentle giant with bark-like skin and leafy hair. This shepherd of the trees crossed paths with Meriadoc Brandybuck and Peregrin Took in the Forest of Fangorn purely by coincidence, and yet his help was pivotal in the fall of Isengard in The Two Towers. Infuriated by Saruman’s destruction of the forest, Treebeard leads a group of Ents to raze the corrupted wizard’s lair and return Wizards Vale to its former beauty.
This timeless spirit of the forest moves slowly, but acts swiftly when the stakes are high. The engraved face of Treebeard, the great Ent, asks you to slow down and contemplate your choices deeply, as if you had a hundred years to ponder a single thought.
The singular-style churchwarden pipe is made from real cherry wood with a polished finish, and an apple-style bowl. The engraving depicts Treebeard as the Hobbits may have imagined the Ents prior to their fateful meeting. The elongated stem of the pipe gives smoke more time to cool. This traditional pipe includes a poking/tamping tool, metal bowl screens, and pipe cleaners, all wrapped up in a branded gift box.
