Extremely disappointed with the Curio stand. I bought this alongside the Gandalf pipe specifically because the product description explicitly states it "fits all pipe sizes." This is completely false and highly misleading. The diameter of the Gandalf pipe is too large to seat or balance properly in the stand.
While it might work for smaller, standard pipes, it is absolutely not a universal stand. To make matters worse, I have reached out to customer support twice now to arrange a return or exchange and have been completely ghosted. Receiving an incompatible product due to misleading advertising is bad enough, but the total lack of customer service is unacceptable.
I bought this to go along with my Alchemist pipe. Bought them at the same time under the impression that it "fit all size pipes." I assure you it does not fit The Alchemist in any capacity. I have tried from every angle, and turning it to guide it in. Nothing works. The opening is just too small. The only way that pipe will fit in this stand is if one of them breaks.
Work well with all size pipes, and look great as a display
